To receive Internet, digital television, or telephone service from CP-TEL, contact us during our office hours, or fill out the form below and we will contact you.
Change Your Existing Service
To make changes to your service, simply call us anytime Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or fill out the online form above. One of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to help you.
If you sign up or disconnect a service on your account you will only be billed for the portion of the month that the service was active.
Disconnecting or Moving Your Existing Service
If you are moving within CP-TEL’s service area, please contact our office five to seven days before you move so that we can ensure that sufficient facilities exist at your new address.
If you are moving outside of the CP-TEL’s service area, we only need a 24 hour notice. At the time you call to disconnect, we will ask you for a forwarding address and telephone number so that we can send you your final bill.
